BISS CH Immer Treu Midnight Express  "Max"

Max is a black and red male who is 20 inches tall at the withers.  Max is an outstanding German Pinscher who won the 2011 German Pinscher Club of America National Specialty followed by a Group 3 placement handled by his breeder and owner, Howard. Howard handled Max to his AKC Championship in the Bred-By class and received the Bred-by Medallion from AKC as well as an invitation to the 2011 and 2012 Eukanuba National Championships.

Max and Howard had a great time showing at the 2012 Westminster Kennel Club show in New York where 14 German Pinschers were entered. Max's father, Lukas took the Breed but Max made the cut and we are very proud of our young boy!

You can watch the video of Breed judging at the Westminster Kennel Club website.

1max1mo This is Immer Treu Midnight Express at one month.  The biggest pup in the litter, but still too small for that name.  His call name is Max which was closer to his size.
2max2mo Max at 2 months of age.  Almost all puppies are cute, but this boy really does cute well.
3max3mo Max resting a couple of days before Christmas 2009 at about 2 months of age.  Okay, he has cute down and now he is practicing his naps.
4maxANDdazzleFeb2010

Here Max is about three months old, but is being brutalized by this three month old savage Papillon. He looks like she is driving him a little crazy!

Dazzle and Max are the best of friends and she is still harassing him to this day:-)

5MaxBigBaby Max at 3 months was beginning to take up a lot of space on Lorraine's lap.  He has expanded his horizons somewhat, from his expert napping on the floor to napping almost anywhere.
5MaxAndDreamerInDoggybed When a lap is not immediately available, the pups are willing to make do with a doggy bed.  Max with Dreamer in the back.
6Image7399 Here he is combining his talent for cute with his talent for naps.
7Max3_29_2010 Max at 5 Months showing some good muscle and shape.
8Max3-29-2010CONTACTtrainer Here Max is going over the contact trainer.  The pups treated our agility equipment as a great playground.  King-of-the-mountain was their favorite game.
9MaxAndFlame This picture was taken when Flame came back to be babysat for a while.  They got along well enough for the most part, but both wanted to be the alpha.  We didn't let them figure out who was the top dog.
10MaxMovingOutMar29,2010 This was Max's other speed.  You remember his first speed is napping.  His second speed is Very-Fast.  The picture was taken on March 29th, about 5 months old.
MaxAtCanbyJune26,2010 This was Max at the Canby show June 26, 2010. He looked pretty good, but behaved fairly badly when standing for exam and didn't win ANYTHING.  He really knew how to be embarrassing.
12MaxAtCanbyJune26,2010 This is Max and Flame competing for Winners Dog, at the Canby Dog show June 26, 2010.
13MaxBOWSequimShow2010 Here Max is shown the day that he took Best of Winners and Best Bred By Exhibitor German Pinscher at the Sequim Dog show in August 2010.  He behaved so much better than in Canby that I began to have some hopes for him.
14MaxGrp4BBESequim2010 Max being awarded 4th place in the Bred By Exhibitor Group, at the Sequim Show in 2010.  The ribbon kind of blends with the Judge's suit, but I assure you that it is there.
15MaxBoW_BoBBESequim2010 Max took a 5 point major when he took Best of Winners on Aug 27, 2010 at the Mt Rainier Working Dog Show.  He seems to have come to understand what is expected of him at dog shows.  He also took Best of Bred-By Exhibitor German Pinscher.
16MaxGroup2BBE Max being awarded his ribbon for 2nd place in the Bred By Exibitor Group on August 27, 2010.  He also took Winners Dog/Best of Winners on August 29, 2010 for his second major.
17LukasGrp3MaxGrpBBE2nd This is a picture of Max and his sire, the amazing Lukas.  On this day, Lukas took BOB and Group 3, and Max took Best of Winners and 2nd place in Bred By Exhibitor Group.  Wow, what a day!
m Judge Dr. Ralph Graff awarding Max Best of Breed at the 2011 GPCA National Specialty with his proud Breeder/Owner/Handler Howard. Purina Farms in Grey Summit, MO was a wonderful place to exhibit - lovely venue!
m Judge Dr. Graff awarded Max a Group 3 placement after his Specialty win - what a day!!
